In New York, the Wall Street super-firms are struggling for survival. Many have called 1-800-BAILOUT to keep from going the way of the 8-track tape and the cuckoo bird.

In Detroit, the automotive industry is on life support and hoping for mouth-to-mouth resuscitation from everybody’s favorite Uncle or Big Brother – depending on their perspective.

Elsewhere, from Main Street to some of the lesser-known boardrooms across this great land, Americans from all backgrounds and political persuasions have one thing in common: they’re all circling their collective wagons, convinced that life as we know it has either come to an end – or soon will.

So where do you fit in?

Are you inclined to join the crowd or are you willing to harness a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity and hitch your wagon to real estate and grab your piece of the American Dream?

It’s really no secret that people everywhere are fearful for the future. They’ve watched their life’s savings evaporate in a few months time, seen some of the biggest financial giants in the world topple like dominos, and in some cases have learned first-hand what it’s like to be handed a pink slip.

With all this bad news, one of the soundest pieces of advice known to man has been relegated to junk bond status by almost everyone. As a result, most people have little hope for the future.

You have a chance to be different

Now is a very special opportunity for you to secure a future free from financial worry. When everyone else is cashing in their chips and going home, savvy investors are taking some initiative and buying all the real estate they can get their hands on while prices are low.

It’s true that real estate prices have hit distressing lows and billions of dollars of equity has disappeared from the real estate market. That’s all the more reason to buy real estate now – before prices shoot back up.

Economics 101 tells us that the Law of Supply and Demand dictates that the best time to buy something is when nobody else wants it. The fact is, right now nobody wants real estate. That means demand is low. Which means that prices are even better.

Nobody ever got rich overnight by buying an asset that is expensive and in demand. The best time to buy real estate is now, while prices are low. There’s no competition and many of these properties can be purchased for as little as 40 or 50 cents on the dollar.

I know that the average person would rather shoot themselves in the foot than buy something that may or may not go up in value. Before you take aim on your big toe, think about this: real estate values will go back up. When they do, equity will appear out of nowhere and millionaires will be made.

You can be one of those millionaires.

During the Great Depression, millionaires were created when people with a little bit of money or credit bought as many low-priced investments as they could reasonably get their hands on, with the firm belief that times would eventually get much better. When that happened, they would become overnight millionaires or multimillionaires.

Conventional wisdom says that you run from danger whenever possible. But these aren’t conventional times. Now is the time to scoop up as many bargain properties as you can. You can guarantee a winning transaction by making sure you’ll have positive cash flow.

Instant equity will be yours with a few signatures when you buy properties in this fashion. Then you’ll have the added bonus of monthly, on-going cash flow. Ultimately, property values will skyrocket. When they do, your net worth will grow with meteoric speed.

You’ll become an almost overnight success story.

All because you had the nerve to defy the flawed logic of the rest of the crowd.

Now is the time for you to harness your future. The wealthiest people in the world can’t all be wrong. They’re buying as much real estate as they can.

Shouldn’t you be doing the same?

How big is your American Dream?

How many horses will you need to pull your wagon?

Now is the time for you to break camp and get started.

Isn’t life wonderful?

If you decide to buy a car through auto loans then in my opinion there are some things you should know before you make the decision to sign a credit agreement with a financial institution or banking institutions.

Knowing the company that provide auto loans

In general, there are two types of companies or institutions that provide the facilities of auto loans for the public especially for car ownership. The first institution that you may consider is a banking institution.

The second institution that you may consider is the financial institution. Financial institutions are usually associated with companies engaged in the automotive industry, either as a Sole Agent Brand Holder or the dealer. At times of crisis like this, the banking sector would be very careful to disburse loan funds for individual car ownership. Although, in the some recent time a number of bank began to offer auto loans.

Choose car that fits your needs

The next thing that should be considered is select the type of car that you and your family not only wanted but also needed, for example Mitsubishi Lancer, Volkswagen golf and Mercedes Benz M-class. Each individual in the family have a different preference about the type of car. This should be discussed with other family members. So the decision to buy a certain type of car later has been a collective decision, and fun for all family members.

Survey Rates

Once you decide what kind of car you want, then the next step is to figure out the best price offered, which may be obtained by asking the dealer that provide some kinds of car you want at competitive prices. It takes some time because you have to ask directly to a dealer about price of the car, check car prices here to help you before deciding the auto loans.

Choose the installment that suits your budget

One thing that you need to prepare when you decide to buy a car through auto loans is the down payment. Generally it ranges between 20-30 percent of the price of the car. For example, if the price of the car you want at least 20 thousand dollars so you have to spend approximately 4-6 thousand dollars as a down payment. It does not include administrative fees and other expenses. Your ability to pay the installments each month is calculated based on your debt ratio. My advice is your debt ratio should not exceed 30 percent, thus the 30 percent of your monthly net income can be set aside as auto loans repayments.

The amount of installments will greatly depend on the period that you want. In general, the period of loan of car ownership is from 1 to 3 years. There are also financial institutions that offer up to 5 years. You should consider your ability to pay the installments each month with the period of the installment.

Choosing Interest Rates

There are several things to learn about mortgage interest rates on the market, either in banking or financial institutions. Technically, there are 2 types of mortgage interest rates (1). Fixed rate (flat rate) and (2). Floating interest rate (floating rate).

Overall

If you have a limited budget then auto loans is one of the best ways. However do not forget to practice the tips above in order to get something as you wish.

Auto industry is back with a bank as per latest news and reports. Its growth worldwide is expected to be at 7% thus giving a big hit in sales figures. Sales forecast for the next three years is also positive.

Most of the sales were made by buyers interested in replacing their old vehicles with new ones. It so happened due to the improvement in economy. Few months back, auto industry was going hay wire due to the recent effects of recession. Today, auto sales have reached heights where they are far away from any kind of losses.

With the revival of automotive industry, many other related industries have also shown positive signs of growth. Industries such as auto parts, auto loan, loan modification, etc are directly related to the growth of auto sales. The more number of vehicles, the more sales of auto parts, the more applications for auto loan and the more number of people opting for a loan modification procedure will be experienced.

The profits earned by all these industries will help in market revival. Thus, people are quite positive about purchasing their new vehicles. However, they are ignoring the fact that their credit score during recession would have lowered to an extent which is not good enough to avail for an auto loan at a low interest rate. With no option left they will have to take a high interest auto loan and hence they qualify for a loan modification procedure. It can lower the monthly payments by extending the term of loan contract which is done by negotiating with the borrower’s bank/ financial institution.

About Auto Relief Group

Auto Relief Group offers Car Loan Modification service, we assist car owners in renegotiating their car loan or lease, avoid repossession and maintain ownership of their vehicle by working directly with lenders to restructure loans, extend terms or reduce payments.

There are tons of advice on how to avoid always ripped off, but few thematise the actual car repair prices. We have to really look at the fees to fix a car, car repair estimate or invoice, whether we pay too much.-Cars Prices

Finding quality auto repair may not be easy, but do “qualified, affordable auto technicians exist”. I am here to briefly clarify this subject, considering rip-off shops seam to be many. These places are hiring lube techs, not highly trained and skilled technicians, why? Because it is cheaper all you need is one guy to be master certified, I call it, “damage control”. Hire one tech., so when the lubbers create a wound, master tech. sews it up. Anything job becoming too complicated gets farmed out. Read on.

The automotive industry has become a very technical field. There was a day when everybody knew a mechanic. Day after day I would hear, for example, “my brother in law is a mechanic, my dad works on cars”. The days of the dumb mechanic are over. A technician is now needed to repair or service your car; therefore I will examine a couple of attributes any automotive repair facility should harness.

-Free Professional Advice, if the shops informative “beats around the bush”, or never gives a strait answer, he does not know the business, or he is trying to rip you off. Auto Technicians, should know your car inside and out, making it easy to repair your car at a fair price.

-Clean Shop, a good auto repair garage, should be clean and neat. How do you find the correct bolt in a mess? Did one fall in the engine? Many more problems can occur in a dirty shop, plus the mechanics image, should explain his work habits. Why higher a grease monkey? He will destroy your car and your wallet.

In order to find affordable auto repair in mesa AZ, from someone qualified, please take your time and be patient. Finding a good repair shop is like “having a good doctor”, surgery is the last resort. Usually you can nurse them back to health. Driving does require you to have your full concentration on the road ahead. It is also very essential that your mind does not wander anywhere else. However, because of the frantic pace of the world today, it seems like anywhere a person goes, there is always something that you would need to take care of – bills to be paid, friends asking for advice, family members giving you last minute instructions, bosses looking for report, clients asking for a meeting, and many others.

Good thing that Parrot, a company that has already become a specialist in Bluetooth hands-free telephony, has been able to create the BTHFU (Bluetooth Hands-Free Units) for cars and vehicles. In fact, Parrot is actually a member and the current chair of the Bluetooth SIG Automobile working group. According to the company, the products that they are designing and developing have been made just especially for vehicles. And the BTHFU has been actually created along with the company Visteon. This new unit would be coming with digital signal processing, noise reduction features, as well as echo cancellation. You would be able to find this one in the Nissan Bluebird Sylphy which would be roaming the streets of China.

Henri Seydoux is the founder and the CEO of Parrot and he comments, “We are very happy to collaborate with Visteon, one of the leading automotive equipment suppliers worldwide, on the development of hands-free systems which should become widely applicable as a car standard equipment.”

This kind of innovation and change in the automotive industry just simply shows that as everything in the world evolves, the automotive industry is also evolving along and simply not just in terms of Buick parts and the like. During the time that the passengers needed much protection during crashes, the air bags were created. During the time when people were very much affected by high gas prices, hybrid vehicles were sent out. And during this time when communication and being in touch is a very important aspect of life, the Bluetooth Hands Free Units became a reality.

In the automotive world, purchasing management is becoming an increasingly complex job. Purchasing management essentially deals with the corporate buying of all products used by a company, from office supplies to warehouses. As automotive companies expand and set up factories and warehouses on the international scene, purchasing managers have to work with other managers by phone or Internet to co-ordinate purchasing down to the smallest detail. After all, the automotive industry requires that close attention be paid to profit margins and budgets. As such, the purchasing manager position in the UK and around the world is becoming tougher for new professionals.

However, purchasing managers needs to realise that there are simple ways to improve their daily lives and exceed expectations. The key for any purchasing manager is not to lose the forest for the trees, or the company pens for the corporate budget. Purchasing managers who focus on every aspect of their job and improve on those aspects little by little will find themselves better able to handle the stresses of their job.

One way to improve as a purchasing manager is to take a few additional minutes each day to review industry and corporate news. Purchasing managers, like other management professionals in automotive firms, need to be aware of the direction of their company and the strength of the competition. By reviewing press releases, analysis, and news, purchasing managers are better informed on how their decisions will influence the firm.

Purchasing managers should also schedule a short meeting daily with their buyers and other professionals. While purchasing professionals have plenty of meetings with outside vendors and others within the firm, an informal stand up meeting can create a better sense of teamwork. As well, these informal sessions can keep everyone updated on what the office is doing as a whole to improve the corporate lifestyle of their employer.

Finally, purchasing managers in the automotive field need to be able to speak in different manners with diverse groups. A manager may have a meeting with shareholders in the morning, a lunch meeting with a vendor, and an afternoon meeting with company executives. All three groups require a different approach and a purchasing manager needs to learn these approaches in order to succeed. The best advice that can be given to a purchasing manager is to listen carefully to what different groups have to say and research their needs prior to meetings. By demonstrating interest and concern for their needs, a purchasing manager can become more successful and make their firm more successful as a result.

It would appear that there are very few businesses and industries that have not seen a negative impact as a result of the global recession that economies are facing today. In the UK alone unemployment has risen by 1.5 year on year to Feb 2009 with an increase of nearly half a million people out of work.

According to Equifax, a global leader in consumer and commercial data, the number of businesses that went into administration in the last quarter of 2008 was 24% higher than the previous quarter. This information will not come as a great surprise to the people of Warwick and Warwickshire where the effect of the economic downturn has been apparent in certain business and industry sectors.

The automotive industry for example, has taken its fair share of knocks around Warwickshire and the midlands over recent years, most notably the decline of the MG Rover company which went into administration in 2005 and Jaguar and Land Rover which were bought out by Ford after falling sales.

Since November 2008 Jaguar LandRover have made 1300 job cuts across their plants in merseyside and the midlands and more recently staff at the plants have agreed on a cut in working hours to avoid further redundancies.

The county town of Warwick itself however, is a very popular tourist destination with attractions such as Warwick Castle and Stratford-upon-Avon, Shakespeare’s birthplace, just around the corner. This attracts not only UK visitors but also those from abroad, particularly America. To this end, the effects of the recession have been less noticeable in Warwick since more people in the UK are looking to spend their holidays at home rather than travel abroad. Another factor is that in recent months, the value of the pound has decreased considerably against the dollar which means that the UK has become a more affordable holiday destination for many Americans.

In a recession, when companies are struggling financially, often the first thing that they will do is to cut their advertising budget. This is probably the biggest mistake to make since advertising actually becomes more essential to the survival of most types of business in an economic downturn.

There are many different media that a firm can choose to advertise their product or service one of which is online advertising. Due to the increasing number of internet users, online advertising has become more and more popular in recent years and can actually be one of the most cost effective methods for a company to reach its target market.

There is however still some scepticism surrounding advertising on the internet, often due to a lack of knowledge on the subject but recent studies into it’s effectiveness have shown that online advertising is now at least as important as offline advertising ever has been.

Businesses must now look towards harnessing the power of online advertising either instead of, or in conjunction with traditional media if they are to ensure their survival in these difficult times. This will also help to keep the company’s product or service fresh in consumers mind during a recession even while demand is low, and to lay a solid foundation for companies to grow when the economy picks up.

The way in which we source and buy products and services has changed dramatically in the past 20 years. This article looks at how consumers and specifically those who work in the automotive industry demands and needs have changed when it comes to buying their business and motor trade insurance.

For many businesses, sourcing and buying insurance is far from the top of their list of favourite activities. For this reason the prospect of ringing around numerous insurance brokers or insurance companies in order to obtain the most competitive quote is one they seldom look forward to. However, for business owners and those people responsible for the purchase of motor trade insurance, they almost have a duty nowadays to see if their existing insurance provider is quoting them the best and most competitive premium.

So what can a body repairer, mot station or other motor trader do to make sure they get the right cover at the best premium, without having to trawl through the yellow pages or search the internet? Well the good news for motor traders who do want to save money on their combined motor trade insurance premiums but simply do not have the time to contact numerous insurance providers is that they do not have to.

Instead, by using an insurance broker who specializes in motor trader insurance, they can provide them with their risk details and the insurance broker will do all the hard work for them. And to make sure the motor trader gets the best chance of saving money, they need to choose the insurance broker carefully. Some still opt for using a local insurance broker for all the benefits they provide. However, as the insurance world and business world has become less regional, motor traders who are really looking to make a substantial saving should consider using an independent insurance broker who deals mainly with businesses in the auto industry.

The main benefits of doing this is that they can very often get extra cover, expert advice and guidance at a price which is cheaper than they are currently paying. When businesses in the motor trade are struggling, this ability to reduce their premiums is extremely attractive and one which most business owners will see as something they should be doing.

And by using an independent insurance broker who is not tied into using just one insurance company, you can be relatively sure that the market is being compared whilst at the same time, your time and hopefully money is being saved.

For motor traders who deal with buying and selling cars to body repairers, mot stations and petrol stations, times are tough and the credit crunch has hit hard. For this reason using the ultimate motor trade insurance comparison tool and approaching a motor trade insurance broker could very well mean one of your largest outgoings is reduced dramatically. Motor traders want value from their insurance and this can now be achieved. Choose your motor trade insurance broker wisely and make 2009 the year when you start paying less for your combined motor trade insurance policy.

Has the economic downturn destroyed your plans for purchasing a new set of wheels? If the answer is yes, you are far from alone. Over the past 12 months, the new car market has all but dried up, leading to job cuts, factory closures and hordes of new cars remaining unsold and clogging up plant car parks. Bosses are even forcing workers to take paid leave to allow time for the backlog of cars to shift. The problem for the consumer is simply one of money; barely anyone who wasn’t a millionaire before the recession has any cash to spare. So what do you do if your car conks out and you desperately need a new one? Buy a used one, of course.

The used car market has often been tarnished by cynics as a hive of ne’er-do-wells looking to con everyone who passes by out of all their money. This may have been partly true in the spiv 70’s and greed-orientated 80’s, but times have changed. These days there are many reputable dealers who want your business and are willing to offer you incredible offers to get it. Because of the current economic climate the market is extremely competitive and the dealers know this. The only way they can stay afloat is by offering the best possible price and the best possible quality. This places the consumer in a very agreeable position, being in a better position to bargain and haggle to get the best deal.

Everybody with even a cursory interest in the automotive industry will be aware of how drastic the depreciation of cars is. As soon as a new car is driven off the forecourt, a car can have its value slashed by anything up to 50%. So why not take advantage of this knowledge and look for a car a year or so old that has barely been driven, but has had a huge percentage knocked off its value. A great idea is to look for ex-demonstration models, which may have only a couple of thousand miles on the clock. Technically these cars are second hand even though they have only been driven by the dealer and a few prospective buyers. These cars will have considerable discounts on them, even though they have hardly been touched. You have to be quick though, as these deals are often snapped up as soon as they are announced.

On the topic of mileage, I always remember some advice given to me in regards of buying a used car. Typically a car engine lifespan (depending on quality and other factors) probably only has a running life of around 100,000 miles. When choosing your used car it is worth considering how close the mileage is to the magic 100,000 mark. Ideally speaking, many great bargains can be found for 35,000 miles or less. These cars generally ensure a longer lifespan and better customer satisfaction. The only exceptions to this rule would generally be classic cars, which can be expected to have totted up a few more miles than a 2006 Vauxhall Corsa.

Many motorists harbour concerns that the used car they are buying has previously been written off or is stolen. These fears can easily be put to rest with a variety of new services offered in conjunction with the police and the DVLA. By checking a website or inputting the cars registration into a text message service you can easily find out the cars history and be sure the car you are buying is exactly what the dealer says it is. Should you discover that the car is not what it seems, then you should notify the police as soon as possible. This is a rare eventuality for a licensed trade dealer, as they have a lot more to lose in the current climate by gaining a bad reputation. It is worth checking though, for peace of mind if nothing else.

In summary, the used car market can generally be trusted, especially if using a reputable dealer. You may get a much better bargain if you do a little bit of research and at the moment I think everyone is looking for a bargain or two.
